Paul Conrad serves as the manager of the BYU Financial Fitness Center. He earned a B.S. Degree in Financial Services and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Brigham Young University. Paul has been affiliated with the Financial Aid Office on campus for 20 years and served previously as the Financial Aid Director. He also taught personal finance at Utah Valley University and currently teaches a family finance course at the BYU Salt Lake Center. Other work experience includes employment with TIAA CREF, LDS Foundation, UHEAA, and the BYU Benefits Office.
Megan Hanks, Peer Financial Counselor
Megan Hanks is a sophomore from Springville, UT. She plans to major in Nursing and eventually become a Nurse Practitioner. Megan enjoys the outdoors, specifically running and hiking. She completed an honorable LDS mission in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and is now enjoying the warmth of Utah. She is a Peer Financial Counselor for the center and helps many students find ways to reduce expenses to avoid unnecessary debt. One of Megan’s favorite quotes regarding college finances is, “Live like a student when you are a student so that you can live like a graduate when you are a graduate.” Make an appointment today to meet with Megan!
Katie Worsham, Outreach Coordinator
Katie Worsham is a junior from Paris, TX majoring in Flute Performance. As the Financial Fitness Center outreach coordinator, she supports the Center's mission and values and strives to plan events which reflect those principles. She joined the Financial Fitness Center because she believes in the importance of self-reliance and respects the Center's quest to help students become financially wise and responsible. In addition to her work at the Financial Fitness Center, Katie runs a private flute studio. She also completed an honorable LDS mission in Aguascalientes, Mexico and has been happily married to her husband for over a year.
